Program design includes all preparation/development of a program prior to its commencement using a discovery process. In this process, a team’s current state and the desired future state are clarified and aligned by OTE consultants.
In the program design process, On The Edge takes into account current team and organizational challenges and issues, then factors in how to address them effectively in team courses and ongoing follow-up, mentoring, and coaching.
